Coronavirus...

The world has changed completely over the last few weeks.

I work from home for now so the She Shack has had a bit of an overhaul...

Mike has a new bike to get out of the house every day!

And some days I join him to see the horses and donkeys at the farm up the road...

Or do my zumba class online!

Every night we get our steps by walking down to the 7-11 to see the trash pandas:)

Mum and Dad are still getting plenty of visits, even when it's raining...

But I still love to cross stitch for relaxation so that's the same:)

And he keeps me company every morning:)

So I'm lucky:)

Mike’s half century :)

To celebrate Mike's 50th we took a Disney Cruise (on the Magic again:)) to the Bahamas...I had the stateroom decorated for the birthday boy:)

Of course we had been a little nervous with the whole COVID virus thing hitting the headlines every day during the week before, so we were relieved to finally sail away from Miami with no way to change our minds!

 

We arrived in Nassau in the morning and walked around the town to learn a bit more about Bahamian history. The Pompey Museum was so interesting and moving...

Back on the ship we enjoyed the adult-only bars, pool and entertainment - the silent disco was our favorite!

We managed to get up and run the Castaway Cay 5K!

And spent the rest of the day walking and relaxing on the beach:)

Our last day was at sea and so we lazed around on the ship and in the spa:)

No quarantine and we are back at home ready for the next celebration for the birthday boy!
