USF Friends and Family Weekend

We got to spend some time with Maddy at the weekend at the USF Friends and Family weekend and find out all about her life on campus. Beacon Hall is just amazing - she is so lucky!

Maddy's New Life

Maddy's having a great time at College:). She bought an annual pass for Busch Gardens and enjoys how close she is to the beach...

Life isn't so bad back at home either. We went to see Mumford & Sons and they were totally amazing!

RIP Chef...

We were so sad to lose our precious boy, Chef last week. Although we think he was around 12 years old (which is pretty good for a chinchilla in captivity), he's been flourishing lately so it still came as a bit of a shock. It seemed to be by natural causes; he passed in his sleep I think and I found him in his little house :(. Chef has been a great pet and we've loved him for the past 8 years. Chloe seems to be doing well without him so hopefully she'll be OK on her own.

Food and Wine Festival

Jen, Rich and Mya were in town celebrating Jen's birthday so they brought Maddy over for a family weekend. The Food & Wine festival is in full flow so we headed out to Epcot for the day...
