Maddy and I got tickets to attend an all day wellness event with the one and only Oprah Winfrey! We stayed overnight in Ft. Lauderdale the night before and spent a lovely evening together planning our big girls' weekend together. We woke up nice and early and got to the venue to get ready for the big day:)

We fully expected to get an hour or so of Oprah at the beginning and the end so we were really taken aback that she stayed the whole time and even had us complete the workbook with her. It was like having the best life teacher ever:)
Gayle King was there too! Oprah says that everyone should have a Gayle. I have an actual Gail!
Julianne Hough led a dance party which I loved. I love an excuse to dance!!
In the afternoon she interviewed Lady Gaga which was fascinating...
I worked really hard to pay close attention to the life lessons being shared. And I am committed to studying my book and applying what I learned. It was an incredible experience and I'm so thrilled that I got to share it with my beautiful girl:)
